To open our Epsom Salt Shower Stick, first twist the outer cap counterclockwise until it comes off. Then, twist the inner cap counterclockwise until it also comes off. You may recycle the inner cap after removal, as it is no longer needed.

No, you do not need to keep the inner cap. You may recycle it immediately after removing it the first time.

Absolutely! Our Epsom Salt Shower Stick can also be used as a skin exfoliator or as a daily epsom salt treatment even when you’re not feeling sore.

We recommend using it after you cleanse your skin to get the full benefit of the stick. Rinse after use.

We are Leaping Bunny certified which means none of our ingredients or products are tested on animals.

We use both natural and synthetic ingredients to ensure the highest level of efficacy, quality and safety of our products.

We follow a clean ingredient standard to ensure our products do not contain chemicals that are potentially harmful to health and/or the environment.

New moms can use our products, but if you are breastfeeding we recommend you talk to your doctor. Mom’s should avoid using products in places that could expose their child’s eyes or mouth to the product. Also, do not use products on raw or broken skin.

The ingredients in our OTC products (WILL Relieve and WILL Cool) have a long history of safety and are safe to use on kids ages 10 and up, with parental oversight. Please review the Drug Facts panel on the package or our website for directions and additional safety information. Our personal care products can be used on individuals ages 5 and up, please avoid contact with eyes and any skin sensitivities.

Our Will Cool product is fragrance free. The other products are lightly fragranced.

Our Nightly Muscle Recovery Lotion has a thicker consistency, so it can tend to be difficult to dispense. Because of this, we recommend shaking the product a few times to help move the lotion closer to the applicator. Our WILL Relieve caps have a slightly different locking mechanism for child resistance than our other skus.  Simply squeeze at the grooves of the cap and turn the bottle to open (we’ve found it best to turn the bottle two full rotations while you squeeze the cap).  Email us at hello@willperform.com if you can’t get it to work and we’ll help you.

Our cartons are recyclable and bottles are recyclable. Our caps and metal rollerball applicators are only recyclable in areas where mixed material recycling occurs. 

Be sure to look at the recycling number on our packaging to learn how to best recycle it and check your local recycling guidelines to see if you can recycle that number in your area.

Lidocaine acts on nerves to numb them and block the feeling of pain. Its effects start to occur between 5-30 minutes.

Menthol and Camphor act on pain receptors to desensitize them and stop the feeling of pain. Menthol also acts on cold receptors to generate a cooling sensation.

It’s up to you. Both work by stopping pain. WILL Cool does it with an additional cooling sensation and minty fragrance, while WILL Relieve does it with a neutral, fresh fragrance that can be applied in different ways.

All of our products have been tested to ensure they are safe for use on skin. Our WILL Relieve products have had additional testing to ensure they are safe for use on sensitive skin.
